This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for what you may and may not do on IJARRO. It complements the Terms of Service.
1. Be honest
- Only list properties, vehicles, businesses or services you have the right to list.
- Photos, prices, locations and availability must be accurate and current.
- Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your verification status.
2. Prohibited listings
- Illegal goods or services.
- Weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, counterfeit items.
- Adult services, escorts, or sexually explicit content.
- Listings that discriminate based on race, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or other protected attribute.
- Multi-level-marketing, pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" offers.
3. Messaging conduct
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual harassment.
- No phishing, fraud, or attempts to move payments off-platform.
- No spam, unsolicited promotion, or mass messaging.
4. Platform integrity
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
- Do not bypass CAPTCHA, rate limits, or other abuse-prevention controls.
- Do not create fake accounts or manipulate reviews and rankings.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see.
5. Payments
- Do not facilitate money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Do not use stolen cards or accounts.
- Do not abuse refunds, chargebacks or payout requests.
6. Reporting
If you see content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it from the listing or message thread, or email trust@ijarro.com.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, listing suspension, payout holds, account suspension or permanent ban, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Decisions are at IJARRO's reasonable discretion.
